TECHNICAL

DRAWINGS

Planning application drawings, working drawings, section details, landscaping drawings, kitchen and bathroom designs, you name it and I will draw it.

All of my drawings are completed by hand, this enables me to gauge a deeper understanding of the project and in particular the client's needs.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Traditionally project managers work on behalf of the contractors with the clerk of works acting on behalf of the client.

I combine these roles by acting as both project manager and clerk of works to enable me to maintain the client's budget and value for money whilst ensuring the smooth flow of the project.

CONTRACTOR APPOINTMENT

Finding the right contractor is often difficult, I do all of the hard work for you!

Using only our trusted, fully insured and previously appointed contractors I ensure quality of building work throughout the project.

CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT

Planning applications, building control applications, Section 104/106 agreements, construction contracts.

It's all covered to reduce your workload.

MATERIAL PROCUREMENT

Finding the right materials at the right cost is an impossible task. Local merchants will often only stock core products with more bespoke elements needing to be sourced further afield.

Through extensive research and a network of national contacts, I can source your bespoke products at the right price.
